WHO WE ARE AND WHAT WE DO

I have been with the City of Edmonton for more than two years. Before working here, I was self-employed for 10 years, and felt it was time for a change. In the process of deciding on a new career path, I came across the City of Edmonton website, and after reviewing the information there, I decided to submit an application. My first position with the City was as a Labourer, and I am now a Plow and Sander Operator. I plow snow throughout the winter and repair paving stones sidewalks in the summer."

The City has been very accommodating to my family and I. Recently, I required time off to get married and later assist my wife following the birth of our son. I have also been very fortunate to work alongside of some very professional people who have imparted their knowledge, wisdom, and most importantly, their friendship upon me.
